Lauren Boebert, beloved congresswoman of Colorado, chose to play hooky when it came time for a major bill that raised the federal debt ceiling.

<li></i><p>The funny thing is that there is video from Wednesday which quite clearly shows ol' Lou frantically trying to make it inside the Capital on time.</li>

<p>If one has ever seen someone who had claimed they weren't hungry run up and scarf down their meal or heard someone say “I'm never drinking again,” only to wake up with a hangover, Boebert's actions aren't new or surprising.

If this were one of those courtroom dramas where the audience knew the whole story except for one character, spectators would be laughing at Boebert’s antics. She had previously claimed that adding $4-6 trillion in debt is financially irresponsible and yet missed a vote that might have prevented it! </p>
<p>The Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023 was passed by the House after getting 314 votes to its name. There was bipartisan support as expected – 149 Republicans and all available Democrats voted in favor while bozos like her put up oppositions which must have made Lincoln roll in his grave!</li>

<p>To make matters worse, Boebert was supposedly "unable to provide a comment due to 'managing her schedule.'"
