Promoting diversity through partnerships

Eurostar has diversity encoded into its DNA. As an international train operator, Eurostar connects countries and cultures by helping passengers cross borders
within one trip. In line with celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and its presence in the rail industry, Eurostar has partnered with The National Railway Museum to record
and preserve intergenerational interviews from the LGBTQ+ community. This partnership is part of The National Railway Museum's project funded by People, Pride & Progress program,
focused on preserving LGBTQ+ rail stories for future generations.

Preservation of LGBTQ+ history in rail

The National Railway Museum's recently funded project, made possible thanks to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, aims to create up to 70 oral history interviews
with people from the rail industry. These interviews include individuals associated with Eurostar. By documenting the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals within
the rail industry through these interviews, a significant gap will be filled in understanding our rich heritage.
